Our color service add-on offers a comprehensive solution for vibrant and rich hair color. With this service, you can achieve a single lift or basic few panel highlight and tone, ensuring beautiful results. Please consult with your stylist for additional information and booking recommendations. Pricing may vary for more detailed color services.
Cancellation Policy
At OHS we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations. A 48 hour appointment reminder is sent via text message. A non-refundable non-transferable full price cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations after 48 hr notice. Same day cancellations as well as “No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount and will no longer be allowed to book with OHS. ****Clients arriving 30-45 min late can be charged a $50 late fee. Due to the artistic nature of Original Hair Spa we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for our services. However, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. In the event you are unsatisfied with your service, services must be addressed with a team member verbally and in writting prior to leaving the appointment or within 24 HOURS of the service rendered.
