The Head Spa Scalp Facial is a treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the scalp, similar to a facial for the face. It can help with a variety of scalp concerns, including: Dandruff: Scalp facials can remove flakes and eliminate itchiness Buildup: Scalp facials can remove excess oil, product build-up, and dead skin cells Irritation: Scalp facials can soothe irritation and dry patches Hair growth: Scalp facials can promote hair growth and make hair feel fuller and shinier This luxurious treatment incorporates hot towels, spa steam for the scalp, and custom oils, along with a unique blend of herbal tea, aloe vera, and honey for ultimate relaxation and revitalization.
Cancellation Policy
At OHS we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations. A 48 hour appointment reminder is sent via text message. A non-refundable non-transferable full price cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations after 48 hr notice. Same day cancellations as well as “No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount and will no longer be allowed to book with OHS. ****Clients arriving 30-45 min late can be charged a $50 late fee. Due to the artistic nature of Original Hair Spa we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for our services. However, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. In the event you are unsatisfied with your service, services must be addressed with a team member verbally and in writting prior to leaving the appointment or within 24 HOURS of the service rendered.
